Looking for love in all the wrong places, isn’t that a country song? If you are asking yourself that question that doesn’t mean you are. There is no right place to meet that special someone it will happen when you least expect it. Don’t dwell on why you are not meeting someone because it just won’t happen because you want it to. But on the other hand a change of scenery might do you some good anyway. Take a trip with friends enjoy yourself and your freedom. It just might be exactly what you need to get that second wind.

Looking for love in all the wrong places is not the way to think about it. Sometimes in desperation you think is it me or where I am going to try and meet someone? This might be true but it still isn’t a reason to think you’re going to the wrong places. Meeting someone isn’t like a job or hobbies, you really don’t need to put too much work or thought into it. It just means the right person just hasn’t come along yet. You could be at the grocery store in hair curlers and you’ll bump right into them.

You do not have to try so hard to meet someone because if it’s going to happen it will happen in time. Your thinking my best friend met her husband in high school and they are still together and here I am still looking for love. That is not true; your friend is not lucky or foolish for falling in love so young. Because when you meet that special someone you will be ready for it. Go on that date with the person your friends been trying to set you up with, it might surprise you and be the one.

Don’t be to judgmental or picky when looking for love. Sometimes the type of person you will fall in love with is someone you didn’t even expect to ever be with. Looking for love in all the wrong places isn’t really the problem, it’s just going about life not thinking about when it could happen. Love is a funny thing, love could be for someone you really care about and not even know they could be the one. Your best friend could be the one you were meant to be with and if you’d paid attention you would have seen it.

In the end, looking for love in all the wrong places isn’t necessarily true. You could be in the right place but it’s just not the right time. You could also need to change up where you hang out and try to open yourself up to other options. Try something new, don’t limit yourself to bars or parties try and do things you might not necessarily thought you would like to do. Going to the laundry mat to wash your clothes in your weekend sweats and your hair up might be the way you them, you never know
